CABIN RENTAL AGREEMENT

Cabins will be rented only if an adult (21 years or older) is present.

A credit card number or $100 security cash deposit with copy of driver's license must be on file. Any damage or missing items found upon your departure will be charged to you.

Pets are allowed in All, A12, B60, B61 and B57 cabins only. Pets found in any other cabin will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

All Pet and Campground rules on your brochure must be strictly adhered to by everyone in your party including visitors. Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund.

No smoking in cabins or on porch. Smoking detected in any cabin will result in extra cleaning charges and possible eviction without refund.

All visitors and extra vehicles must register at office and be shown where to park. Only 1 vehicle allowed at each site. DO NOT give your gate code to anyone. Visitors must have their own pass.

Quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

All cabins must be left in clean condition. You are expected to wash your own dishes and carry all trash to the dumpster before leaving the park. Failure to comply will result in an extra cleaning fee.

If you are renting campground linens, please leave them in cabin. Linens and pillows are inventoried before arrival and after your departure. Any missing items will be charged to you so be sure and check your inventory count before departure. (See Below).

Please leave keys at office or in office deposit box at front door. A $5 fee will be charged for keys not returned.
