Year-round monthly sites with seasonal pricing. Standard months from $1222, Exec/XL $1352, Waterfront No Monthly Rate. Big-Rig $1638. $500 deposit is NOT applied to first month’s rent. It is held until departure. Exclusions: AO, A2, BF, B50, C51, C53, EX4.
Rates & Policies (Know Before You Book)
Max 6 per RV/tent site; cabins by bed count. Quiet hours 10 p.m.–8 a.m.; Golf Carts and scooters ARE allowed for a Fee, motorized children’s ride-on’s are NOT allowed. Pets allowed widely—but no pets in RV rentals and no pets on the raised beach (pets may walk on the pier).

Pick your setting—from Beach Front (BF, AO, A2, B50, C51, B52) to Beach View (A3–A10), premium near-water concrete (C53, C54, C54A, C55, C55A), and interior big-rig options including 75-ft sites (C63, C64, C69). Paved/shaded interior roads, strong Wi-Fi, and pull-thrus make arrivals simple.

Pet-Friendly Cabins & Cottages
Studios, 1-bedroom lofts, and two-room cabins sleep 2–8 with kitchens or kitchenettes. C74 offers a ramp + roll-in shower; C60 has a ramp (no roll-in). A-1 is a cozy 2-pax waterfront cottage; D150 is Beach Front; D151–D154 are water view, with D153 adding a sunroom.

Gather the whole crew. The vacation house handles up to 14 guests comfortably; pair it with our rentable clubhouse/meeting hall for dinners, crafts, or morning briefings.
