Monthly Sites & Lodging Rentals

Navarre Beach Camping Resort offers discounted monthly rates on RV Sites, Cabins and our Vacation House.

Monthly rates are great options for when you want to stay longer. Whether exploring northern Florida, visiting family and friends, working nearby, relocating or wanting to be south for the winter, we have a spot for you!

Extra Charges

  • $.17/kWh Electric (Metered for Monthly Stays)
  • $60/month Extra persons (up to a MAX of 6 persons per Site – Monthly Stays ONLY)
  • $25/month Extra Vehicle (1 RV and 1 Vehicle per site)
  • $45 per stay Anything put into storage (boats, trailers, jet skis etc)
  • $5/person/car/day For ALL Visitors/Cars  who are visiting a guest or staying overnight
  • $10 per pet. Maximum 3 pets. Must sign pet waiver. No aggressive pets. No retractable leashes.

Monthly Cabin Rentals

We have 29 cabins on property (excluding A1), and they are pet friendly.

Rates from August 1, 2026 to March 1, 2027

  • 2-person cabin $1500
  • 4-person cabin $1800
  • 6-person cabin $2200
  • 8-person cabin $2500
  • 8-person waterfront $3500

$500 deposit at the time of reservation

$100 per pet, per month (3 pets maximum)

One time cleaning fee: $100 no pets, $200 with pets

Vacation House 

Great for friends and family getaways and holidays. This is a two-story, three-bedroom house with private patio. Available for monthly rent from November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.

  • Master bedroom has 1 King bed
  • Second bedroom has 1 Queen bed
  • Third bedroom has 2 Queen beds
  • Second floor has 2 Twin beds
  • There are sleeper sofas in the living room as well
  • Full kitchen
  • 2.5 bathrooms
