A $500 deposit is held and applied to your final month’s electric. Monthly stays are not offered on tent sites. The monthly program excludes these site codes: AO, A2, BF, B50, C51, C53, and EX4. Use the Park Map and RV Sites page to compare layouts before you reserve. Waterfront and A-Row sites are not available in June and July.
A $500 deposit is required at the time of reservation. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with 60+ days’ notice will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made with 31–60 days’ notice will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with 30 days or fewer notice.
Monthly stays utilize metered utilities where applicable. Please note that additional fees may apply for extra guests, vehicles, visitor parking, storage, or pets. For a complete and up-to-date schedule of all fees and policies, please refer to our Rates & Policies page.

Deposit & Cancellation:
$500 DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION.
CANCELLATION: Deposit is refundable minus a $50 cancellation fee IF the cancellation is 60+ days from arrival date. 31-60 days, you will get half your deposit back ($250). Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Standard sites are $1,014 in January, February, March, October, November, and December, and $1,222 in April through September. Executive and Extra-Large monthly sites range from $1,222 to $1,352. Waterfront monthly sites range from $1,430 to $1,638.
